As Senior Pastor, Rev. Fuller provides spiritual and pastoral leadership to the membership of Progressive Missionary Baptist Church. He serves as the chief administrator of the congregation so that it might fulfill its mission and purpose as the body of Christ. Pastor Fuller will preach, teach, and administer the ordinances and give primary leadership in the ministries of Worship, Administration, Stewardship, and Outreach.

F. Bernard Fuller
Senior Pastor
Reverend F. Bernard Fuller is the son of the late Reverend Dr. John D. Fuller, Sr. & Brenda Avery Fuller on August 15, 1974. He is married to Nicole Fuller, the proud father of Farrah Banae & Fahron Bishop Fuller and in addition, Reverend Fuller has two bonus children from his marriage to Nicole, Taylor and Terrence Semple II.
Rev. F. Bernard Fuller accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age and was baptized at Lewis Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Following his call to preach, Rev. Fuller was licensed by Lewis Chapel Missionary Baptist Church and was ordained by the Union Missionary Baptist Association.

A native of Fayetteville, North Carolina, Rev. Fuller earned a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Administration from Fayetteville State University. Upon completing his undergraduate studies, Rev. Fuller received his Master in Divinity from Morehouse School of Religion,Interdenominational Theological Center in Atlanta, Georgia in May of 2018. He formerly pastored Manna Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church, Spring Lake, N.C. and Rainbow Missionary Baptist Church, Warsaw, N.C. He served as site pastor at Lewis Chapel Missionary Baptist Church West and North. Currently, Rev. Fuller is the Senior Pastor of the Progressive Missionary Baptist Church in Fayetteville, North Carolina that was formed and started with the late Dr. John D. Fuller Sr. In December of 2018.
Pastor Fuller is a man who loves God; God's people and His Word. He enjoys family time; relaxing, going to the barber shop and reading and learning whatever he can to share with others. He enjoys preaching and teaching the Word of God with power, conviction, and simplicity at every opportunity that avails without compromise.
Known to challenge the mind & inspire the heart, Pastor Fuller is a sought-after speaker for worship services, conferences & revivals. A devoted reader and world traveler. Pastor Fuller is a man on a mission. He is an ambitious & visionary servant leader, who cares deeply for the members of Progressive Missionary Baptist Church. Through Pastor Fuller's teaching and preaching, many have entered into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, while others have their faith strengthened.
One of Pastor Fuller's favorite scriptures "Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, here am I; send me" (Isaiah 6:8).

Michael J. Dawson
Associate Minister
Reverend Michael J. Dawson accepted his calling in 2016, under the leadership and guidance of the late Reverend Dr. John D. Fuller Sr. Rev. Dawson is compassionate and concerned about leading others to Christ, as well as a gifted and anointed man of God. Rev. Dawson is a dynamic member of Progressive Missionary Baptist Church, he was licensed and ordained under the leadership of the Rev. F. Bernard Fuller.
Rev. Dawson is very vital in the Christian Education Ministry. Rev. Dawson has accomplished an Associate of Arts Degree in Biblical Studies, and his objective is to pursue a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Divinity. Rev. Dawson is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio. Rev. Dawson has made North Carolina his home after serving twenty-four of a twenty-five-year Army career here at Fort Bragg.
Rev. Dawson is married to Karen Dawson and together they are the proud parents of two loving sets of twins, Micah, Jaydon, KaMiyah, and Kenton. In addition to two sets of twins, Rev. Dawson has three beautiful daughters, Mi-Kia, Fay-Nisha and Jayde. Three handsome grandsons, Josiah, Jay’Donte & Rasharde’. If you were to say, what a blessing, Rev. Dawson’s reply would be. “To God Be The Glory”. One of his favorite scriptures is “Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things which thou knowest not” (Jeremiah 33:3).
Shawana Burney-Lindsay
Associate Minister
Reverend Shawana Burney- Lindsay accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age. She was baptized at Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church, in Ivanhoe, North Carolina. Under the Leadership of the Late Rev. Willie D. Frink. Rev. Lindsay also served on the Ministerial Staff at Second Chance Christian Fellowship Fayetteville, NC under the Leadership of Dr. Lillian H. Spearman as a Licensed Minister. Rev Lindsay joined Progressive Missionary Baptist Church Fayetteville, NC under the Leadership of Rev. F. Bernard Fuller where she currently serves.
Rev. Lindsay is a product of Sampson County Schools. She Earned her Criminal Justice Degree from Bryant Stratton College. Reverend Lindsay is serious about her father’s business. She loves to see God's people, working toward their Destiny & Purpose God has ordained for them.
Reverend Shawana Burney-Lindsay is married to Roscoe S Lindsay Jr, she is the proud mother of Michelle & Ebony Lindsay. She is the Proud grandmother of 3 grandsons Kai, Kaden & Joel.
Rev. Lindsay's favorite scripture is (Jeremiah 29:11) "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
